Approach · Video Infrastructure

A content system that compounds.

Most companies buy video one project at a time. Video Infrastructure treats it like any other system your company depends on: planned ahead, built to be reused, and owned by you.

The difference

Project-based video starts from zero. Infrastructure starts from what you already have.

A one-off video gets scoped, shot, delivered and shelved. The next request starts the whole process over. Infrastructure keeps the context, the footage and the plan, so every production makes the next one faster.

Project-based video

  • Each video scoped and shot on its own
  • Footage shelved after delivery
  • Discovery repeated every time
  • Important moments missed

Video Infrastructure

  • A rolling roadmap of milestones and audiences
  • Every shoot serves several needs
  • Institutional knowledge that compounds
  • Ready when something important happens

What it produces

Six outputs. One system.

Every category draws from the same footage, the same knowledge and the same library.

Brand + Company Story

Credibility and understanding: overviews, milestones, founder and technology stories.

Social + Awareness

Consistent evidence of progress: test clips, engineering stories, cutdowns.

Product + Technology

Explain complex products and show that they work.

Defense + Commercial

Capability films and demonstration documentation for government, customers and partners.

People + Internal

Recruiting, culture, onboarding and institutional knowledge.

Executive Communications

CEO messages, keynotes, investor presentations and announcements.

The system

Capture once. Create many times.

The system runs on five habits. None of them are complicated. Together they change what every production day is worth.

  1. Plan

Start with a Milestone Map: the next 6 to 18 months of tests, launches, raises and hires, and who needs to see each one. It becomes a rolling roadmap we revisit as the schedule moves.

  2. Capture

Production days are designed to serve more than one need. A single test day can feed a capability film, social clips, a recruiting piece and the next investor update.

  3. Create

Pillar stories anchor the library: the company story, the technology film, the milestone films. Shorter pieces are cut from the same source material.

  4. Respond

When a test moves or news breaks, we work from footage you already own and context we already have, without derailing the roadmap.

  5. Build

Everything goes into a media library your company owns. Each new story starts from more than the last one did.

What we do

Documentary craft, built for technical work.

We came up in documentary and unscripted television. We bring the same instincts to engineering programs: small crews, real moments, and stories that hold up to technical scrutiny.

Field + documentary production

Small, self-sufficient crews that work alongside engineers during builds, tests and trials, capturing progress as it happens.

Executive + founder communications

Interviews, announcements, keynotes and investor messages that sound like your leadership, not a script.

Technical + product storytelling

Complex systems explained clearly enough for investors and the public, and accurately enough for engineers.

Milestones + events

First tests, first flights, launches, conferences and demonstrations, covered so the moment keeps working for months.

Post-production + cutdowns

Editing, color and sound, plus the shorter versions for social, sales and recruiting that come out of every shoot.

A media library you own

Footage organized so your team can find the shot it needs, and every new project starts from what you already have.

How an engagement works

From first conversation to a working library.

  1. 01

    Milestone Map

A free 30-minute session with Travis Andrews to map your next 6–18 months of milestones and who needs to see them.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Based on the session, we send a recommended plan for what to capture and how the work would run.

  3. 03

    Onboarding

We get to know your team, technology and program, so production starts from context instead of discovery.

  4. 04

    Film roadmap

Together we map the primary films around your milestones, the supporting pieces, and the timing, people and access each one needs.

  5. 05

    Production

We capture on schedule, respond when plans change, and build out your library as we go.

Where it starts
